The Black Irish (the 2007 movie)

There is a movie called "The Black Irish" that has been released recently. I have not seen it as of yet but according to their website they deem the black irish to be that of Irish people of "hardscrabble roots: hard-drinking, brawling, of a lower class tracing back to the 19th century American sentiment 'Irish Need Not Apply'".
